Texas Rangers think this may have happened to Josie Ramerez in a small texas town of Petriolia.
Remerez was described by the chief suspect as a hateful man who did not believe in the Lord. By that description he could talking about Ricky Gervais (just kidding Ricky, you're brilliant really). Certainly not brilliant is the suspect who kept Ramerez's credit card.
